    I received my new iPhone 17 in the mail and went to Verizon in KOP to have my device set up. Dionne exudes patience through the entire process. She was professional , knowledgeable, courteous and stayed beyond her schedule to make sure installation was completed. I am happy with my purchase and want to thank her for providing me with exceptional customer service and making this transition seamless.

    **Five Stars for Raheem On the Verizon Store Team!** I’ve done business at this Verizon store several times over the past three years, and Raheem has assisted me during more than half of those visits (I now have four devices — yay!). Every interaction with him has been excellent. Raheem is incredibly personable, professional, and knowledgeable. He maintains a calm, respectful demeanor and consistently resolves my issues without making me feel rushed or pressured. I always leave the store feeling like a valued guest. Raheem truly shines in technical support, sales, and customer service — a gold star for him! He’s a credit to the team and adds real value to the overall customer experience.     I’ve been a Verizon customer for over three decades. After buying another new phone, I took it back to the store a few days later. I have never been treated with such disrespect by a supposed sales person as I was today by the so-called manager at the King of Prussia store named Marcos. He did everything in his power to make me feel unheard and unwelcome and gave me one option - take the phone to Apple to get it diagnosed. No onsite support. If I wanted help, I’d have to reserve a time and pay a tech. I needed the phone and couldn’t wait several days for someone from Verizon to do what should have been obvious. I took the phone to Apple and they couldn’t have been more supportive. I returned the defective phone to Verizon but Marco’s refused to help me. He told me to call the service center to get a replacement. In my experience, a seller has three options when the sell a defective product: fix it, replace it, or refund the money. Verizon should seriously consider either sending him to “charm school” to learn how to provide customer service or having Marcos replaced by someone with manners.

    Just want to give a HUGE THANK YOU to Dionne and James. I had a very stressful time on the phone with Verizon customer service this week which took beyond 5 hours. But Dionne went above and beyond to help me throughout this process and I was able to get a new phone that day. James helped me with that activation and stayed late to do so. God bless you all !!!
