    This store is great! Walked in looking for a mobile hot spot for my food truck. James immediately greeted me, walked me through everything, found me what I needed AND SET IT UP for me 😁 Very fast service and soooo nice! Thank you!!!

    It took me 5 minutes to pick up my iPad and have it on time for Christmas 🎄. Originally I ordered online myself, but my one daughter wouldn't have gotten hers until December 31 to January 15. So I got help and picked up in King of Prussia, and I was there for 5 minutes!

    Very rude workers, I called the store for more information on WiFi set up. One of the employees named Willa was extremely rude and hung up on the call, while I was still trying to obtain information. I then called back and she gave me attitude because I was questioning on why she would hang up on a paying customer. Some people really shouldn’t have customer service jobs out here. Fire that chick

    Don’t be discouraged by some of the negative google reviews, this store is actually great. Dionne greeted me when I arrived, helped me get started, and also followed through at the end to make sure everything was taken care of. She was friendly, patient, and very professional throughout the entire process. James also deserves a big thank you for spending hours helping me set everything up. He was extremely patient and thorough. I would recommend this store location.

    I purchased a new phone from the store in person about a month and a week ago. I was helped by JUSTIN CANON... who seemed nice and helpful at first. While finishing the transaction, he said he could offer 'a waive to the activation fee of the phone if i sign up for the recurring protection plan'. I told him I didn't need it but he assured me he would text me personally to cancel it within the month so I only get charged once. (Saves me 20 bucks instead of the 40 dollar activation fee). I agreed, and he assured me he would text me. A month and a few days comes and I hear NO WORD. I tried calling the verizon store to reach him twice to get this cancelled, the first time they said they couldnt help me and only he could help me and identify me by my voice on the phone for security reasons, lol? Then I call another day and again, he is not in, and supposedly is the only person who can cancel this subscription. BTW, I had tried to do it myself on the app but they literally insist you call or chat with someone before you cancel, almost like some scammer company lmao. I eventually was able to contact their customer service directly and get it cancelled and the few days credited back to me. I cannot believe the hoops I had to jump through and I would never recommend dealing with anyone at the store, they make up ridiculous terms that I don't even think are real to make everything 10x more difficult. smh
