- MBMcKenzie Brown1 day ago5.0This will be my go to store! I walked in crying about my phone not working (literally crying). Tyler immediately told me he would help me, he told me to have a seat and he got to work! I bought a new iphone 17 pro max, and the verizon customer service people somehow deleted my phone number completely out of my new and old phone. I spent 5 hours yesterday on the phone with Verizon and they couldn’t help me. I spent maybe 45 minutes with Tyler and he had fixed it almost completely. Ended up with one complication so I went back and 30min max, Tyler and his coworker (I didn’t catch his name) had fixed it! I use my phone everyday with being on call for work (full time employee) and taking care of my grandfather, not to mention being a full time student and mom, I absolutely need my phone. I spoke with 2 employees, and had my crazy 2 year old along. Between the 2 of them, they both were so helpful and understanding! They both helped me tremendously! Tyler even went out of his way to pick my son’s coat off the ground, while I was trying to chase him down! I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience I had today! 2 amazing employees!

Attending employee stated to call a number and press "0", which didn't work, then they abandoned us to work with other customers......glad im not worth your time and effort. Bald man with a beard about 5'9. Suggest remedial training in customer care and professionalism.

I think this is a scam and a thief because this don’t make no sense. I never experience that when I go in any other phone store I have to pay three dollars to get my bill paid Verizon. You need to do a better job you guys sucks. I will never recommend no one to this company.
