This store would not work with me for a fair solution to my phone issue and just gave me a customer service number to call that was zero help. The one rep and manager also wrote notes back and forth to each other on post it notes while they were waiting on me and laughing at whatever was written. So unprofessional and unhelpful. Save your time and go to the Altoona corporate store and see Kim - she helped me achieve a fair solution to my problem when this store just passed me off.
