I had gone to the associate store, in front of Giant Eagle, many years when Mr. Jadzak was manager. When he left, it all changed. I had gone and asked for some help. The greeter at the door just rolled their eyes and said they don't help with technology stuff. They were 'sales people'. Haven't gone there since. Go to 4th St & Philadelphia St for people who actually listen & care about customer needs.
