My husband and myself were upgrading our “old” phones to the new iPhones. We are not technologically savvy!! Devon took his time and set up both phones and answered every single one of my questions which I tell you were ALOT!! He made us laugh, we made him laugh and our experience with Devon was exceptional!! We shared an iCloud account on our old phones and Devon made sure we had separate accounts by the time we left the store, something he didn’t have to do but took on the task when asked without even thinking about it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND APPRECIATE EVERYTHING Devon did to make the upgrade as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to upgrade their phone or plan. He is very knowledgeable and has great customer service!! I feel like I need to add him to the families Christmas card list this year since he seems like he’s part of the family!!
