There's this guy named Paul that works there and he knows everything I swear to God; I just moved back to Hazleton maybe about now 2 months ago and I had my service shut off abruptly, well I went to the store today to see if by some miracle I can get service on my phone and Paul helped me immensely. He knew everything that had to be done, and he did it efficiently with care. He's one of the best cricket employees I have ever met and I have met a bunch in my life. If you all ever need any form of assistance when it comes to switching over to Cricket; GO HERE! He will make sure that everything goes smoothly and correctly. Thank you so much Paul for real, you really are one of the best workers for Cricket I have seen in a long time!
