His phone was in rough shape. They got him one similar so he was familiar with it and showed him how to use new features. They also worked to get his info transferred over even though his old phone was ready to die any minute. They also got him into a new plan that better meets his needs. They worked quickly and got us out the door in no time. I’ve had phone experiences that seem to last all day. I highly recommend!

Finally worked out a deal with HQ and purchased 5 phones with accessories. Hq said we could take these new phones to this store and the would set up phones and migrate the old data over. Their answer, umm.. that is $30 for each phone! Verified with Hq this was bad info yet again. This isn't the first time they have given us incorrect info. Hate to say it, but poor performance kept me from trying to spend thousands of dollars locally! What a shame they don't understand customer service.
