  Just went in there to drop off a trade in. Aanisah was so patient, helpful and accommodating. These experiences can be so stressful when things don’t go smoothly but I didn’t not feel that at all. In a world with a lack of customer service Aanisah is one of the few good ones.

  Went in not sure about switching from my old carrier but Paul was awesome and took his time with my wife and I and answered all our questions and concerns. We love our new phones and plan. Thank you again Poul.

  This might be the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. About two weeks ago, I opened an account to get WiFi for my home. I was told my router would arrive November 25th. Before that, I had to prove I owned my home not once, but twice. Then the 25th came and went — no router. I contacted them again and was told to wait until December 5th. That day came… still nothing. I finally went into the store, and someone just handed me a router — something they could’ve done from the start. But even that didn’t work. It wouldn’t connect at all. Fast-forward to today: after several phone calls and hours of my life wasted, I was told I had to open ANOTHER account. Now they’re telling me I won’t have WiFi until the 14th. That’s almost four weeks just to get basic service. Honestly, it was easier buying my house than trying to get WiFi through Verizon. I’ve spoken to 12 different people — yes, 12 — and now another team is reviewing my proof of ownership yet again. How is getting WiFi this complicated? If this isn’t resolved in the next 24 hours, I’m switching to Comcast, who also services my area. Absolutely pathetic, ridiculous, and unacceptable. Zero stars.

  Absolutely terrible service. I waited 40 minutes with no one greeting me or offering any help. They were chatting among themselves, helping other customers, and never once acknowledged me even though I was clearly waiting. I asked for help, was told someone would assist me “soon,” and no one ever came back. After 50 minutes of standing there with zero service, I finally just left. Completely unacceptable. If this is how Verizon treats customers, won't be back. Not for me looking into other provider.

  I just have had a terrible experience and been. Waiting 5 months for answer. This location. Was a good review. And now. Its a NEVER deal with. Cause they are trying to hide the real deal. And wont help if you dont understand. Dont deal with this store. Or company. Its impossible. They are awful! How could this be customer service?
