Regardless, it obviously shows poor customer service to not be able to service customer accounts in such small ways. Not impressed

She is always a highlight of a visit that might other wise be confusing or painful for the average person. Verizon is a reliable source for mobile tech. And it is in no small part, due to the amazing employees that work here.

When I'm unsure of something she is patient and always makes sure I completely understand my choices and helps me choose the best options. My family has used Verizon for years and most of that loyalty is from the excellent customer service Kristal has provided us.
