Immediately I was told how I did everything wrong even though I did what Xfinity told me to. They told me what I needed done couldn’t be done there and told me to call. I had been online with 10 different agents the night before for 3 hours and kept getting dropped. They were also no help. So you can’t get help online or in person. Then the manager stated it like I was refusing Verizon services. I told him to relax it’s nothing personal. I’m not breaking up with you, just Verizon. At this point yes I was frustrated. But had I raised my voice or cursed? No. Little baby manager had his feelings hurt and refused to wait on me. So I’m with Xfinity now for free for a year. Thanks for all non-help Verizon!!!! Will never be returning to any of their services.
