The Downingtown, PA location is a state of the art well oiled machine. However, Adam is what made my experience so positive. What a seasoned, professional, knowledgeable individual to work with. From start to finish, my time at the store was seamless. Adam even checked in the next day to make sure all was good. I cannot say enough good things about Verizon, this location and Adam. I’m referring all my friends and family.

Add-ons like hotspot were turned on despite me explicitly declining them, and my account shows the "free" phone is not free and must be paid off. My first bill was higher than expected and I'm still working with support to fix charges that shouldn't be there. Come to find out yesterday, they added a second line using my old phone without telling me and I was paying for 2 lines....WHY WOULD I DO THAT? I recommend getting every detail in writing (plan, features, promotions, and device credits) before you sign--because what I was told in-store didn't match what I was billed.
