    James and Liz were seriously the best! She helped get my phone ordered and when customer service couldn’t help get it activated James helped get it all squared away! For being a smaller location they were very knowledgeable. Super friendly!

    Huge thanks to Aaron and the team at this Verizon store! Our family is in the middle of transitioning phone carriers, which is always a bit tricky—especially since I live out of state. Aaron went above and beyond to help my family through the process. He was patient, professional, and incredibly kind—walking my family members through every step of the solution. He treated my family with care and respect, which meant the world to me since I couldn’t be there in person and this has been a frustrating transition - due to AT&T. I’m so grateful for Aaron's help and dedication. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about both the technical details and the people they’re helping. If you need help switching to Verizon, ask for Aaron—you’ll be in great hands!
