I had transferred off my mom's phone plan a few months ago onto my own through another carrier (not Verizon) because they (not Verizon) said it would be the same service, if not better...I got the run around and ended up paying more money for less service, so a few months later (today), I went into the Verizon store to see if they could offer something better. I was frustrated with my current carrier and was expecting just another pushy salesperson when I walked into Verizon, but I was pleasantly surprised!
Natalie listened to what I needed AND what I DIDN'T need. She made me feel like she actually cared about what I wanted and needed, which made me feel so confident in my decision to switch to Verizon.
Natalie, thank you for being an empathetic person and actually caring about what I needed instead of just selling me the most expensive plan 🙌🏻

Poor customer service. This store is not corporate anymore and will not accept phone returns.
I’ve never had any issues with any other Verizon locations, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I spoke with a gentleman named Tom, who claimed to be the manager. I’m not sure how Tom ended up in that position, but he definitely needs additional training, especially in listening to customers rather than throwing around his title and acting as if he owns the place.
Because of this interaction, I will not be doing business with this location or with Verizon going forward. Tom, without your customers, you don’t have a position. I hope you can do better in the future.

The one male employee was extremely rude upon first walking in, his voice carried an annoyed attitude. Then proceeded to tell me he can't take the internet box even thought customer service said that location was accepting them. Drove to the one on walnut bottom and had no issue.
