I had my daughter with me and for what could've been a boring process for a child, the sales associate was very entertaining and made sure to make her feel like she was not ignored through the upgrade and activation process.

Called again and they only removed part of the 3000. They told me it would all be removed. More Lies.. Called again and told them they didn't remove it all. They said it was all removed again. More lies more lies.. Now I got a bill for 83.00. Called again. They said they will remove half. I said no it all needs removed. Finnally a zero balance after fighting with them for 2 months. Never again would I ever use Verizon. Hours of time on the phone with these people. Do not use Verizon wireless unless you absolutely know you have a signal in your area .
