- BBBritneyDec 31, 20255.0I went to store December 9th after hearing about a promotion about trading in my phone, Verizon paying off the existing balancing, and getting the new iPhone 17. The associate helping me, Dylan, went over my account and explained all of the current deals that Verizon was offering due to the age of my existing plan. After explaining the different options I had, I went with the iPhone 17 Pro! He was very polite and very personable, and I was so thankful for him explaining the benefits and transferring the data from my existing phone to the new one, even staying over his scheduled time to leave to help me. The other associate Frank was very friendly as well, as well as Ashley! Overall great experience!
