She promised me that balance left over will be paid off and additionally credit the account for turning in my device. And I paid $741.50 to payoff the new device. The device has arrived at destination according to tracking and not updating my balances. In fact the bill increased monthly. She’s not replying to my texts anymore, I think the deal was not fulfilled as she explained at the store
