They told me my phone would be in. Now I’m being told that my trade-in will depreciate because I’ve not turned it in yet. But yet, I do not have a new phone. Guess what gentleman not only are you gonna lose this sale but now I will pull all my Department phones from Verizon. And I will make sure I tell the executive. Of your lackluster support and sales.
