Sales guy asks for access to my account to see my plan and run numbers. Not good experience with sales guy interaction and I didn't end up leaving with a new phone. Long story short, He betrayed my trust when giving him access to my account. My bill was over $80 more this month because he went in and removed my Military discount. On purpose or by accident, I spent almost an hour on the phone with Verizon to fix it, but for some reason, I still have to pay this inflated payment this month before it's corrected in a month or two.

Apparently the central office messed up, transferred my number to a different device I did not have and it was a whole thing. Thankfully Emily did all the dirty work and called central office to get things cleared up and got us a new phone!! She was incredibly nice and helpful and went the extra mile to give us a great customer experience.
