Don’t go to Kayla she doesn’t know what she’s doing makes false promises switched over from my old provider due to the promises she made even switched Internet due to the free promotion of the switch which two weeks later I assumed would’ve came in the mail like she said, but no, I have to actually physically redeem that promotion. She doesn’t know what she’s talking about the first time I went there. I was trying set up two phones and two iPads. She was only able to set up one phone and two iPads then I had to come back three more times to be able to get two more phones and one free iPad then she convinced me to switch the to fios because I Supposedly get a free Nintendo now I’m running around again to figure it out mind you. I’ve only been with them since October and I’ve already had to make five or more calls to support and visit the store at least three times. Had to edit the post now that I got my bill my ongoing monthly is supposed to be a little over 400 but my current bill is $1000 she definitely got me don’t recommend this place.

During all the Verizon problems already and the layoffs, the customer service was AWFUL. Unfortunately this store will not face any consequences because they are a main hub for Verizon. My grandmother and I came to this store hoping to switch from T-Mobile after 8 years, and the entire experience was extremely disappointing. Our first visit started with misinformation — we clearly said my grandmother already had Verizon internet, yet the employee still set us up as new customers. That mistake disqualified us from the promotions we specifically came in for, including the iPhone 17 deals. We returned the next week ready to switch, and the manager helped us. After nearly four hours, the price suddenly jumped from $175 to $330 right before signing because of the internet issue the first employee never told us about. We left feeling frustrated and misled. I went back to try opening the account under my name instead. Even though two of the phones were in stock, they decided to ship all three to my house. Only one phone arrived in the first package, and only one in the second — leaving one completely missing. When I called, the assistant manager had no idea where it went and compared the situation to “walking down a long hallway and trying to open any random door.” Customer service on the phone was rude as well. They refused to transfer me to the assistant manager until I explained everything to them first, even though she already knew the situation. I was also told I’d have to pay a $30 fee just to come into the store for help. On top of that, the manager told me I could set up the Verizon app and account login when the phones arrived. When I went back for help, no one assisted me. I still can’t log in or activate any of the benefits I’m supposed to get (Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, Apple Music, etc.). It is now thanksgiving day and I cannot access any of the help lines. Overall, this store has serious issues with communication, transparency, and professionalism. What should have been an exciting switch turned into a stressful, disorganized mess. I do not recommend this location.

Chris is an associate at the Verizon store on Airport Rd, that is amazing! We had a problem switching my information to the new phone. 2 days and everyone else unable to find the problem, he did! He never gave up. He is the reason I'm sticking with Verizon.
