They stayed late after closing for over an hour! They could have said sorry we’re closed but they were determined to help me.::And then a few days later I came in with same problem and they didn’t stop until they solved it for me. Can’t say enough about Tony Ariel (spelling?) and anyone else who helped! They were persistent until we got it figured out. Go here for phone needs. Seriously…and they should all get a raise and benefits and perks. Whatever it is they deserve something. I hope Corporate is listening??! Thank you everyone!!

Thinking about switching phone companies. Been with Verizon for over 20 years. They really are in need of better customer service at the Woodburn Verizon store.

We were having problems getting our home computer to connect and he tried helping my husband over the phone though we still could not get it. He stopped by after work and helped us get it connected. To me that is customer service he went above and beyond to help us. Tony thank you. it's people like you that care about their jobs that keep customers coming back.
