  I have a very bad experience with Verizon. They lack credibility and honesty. I had five phone lines from T-Mobile and there is an offer that if you complete transferring your line from any company to Verizon, you can get an iPhone 16 for free. When I wanted to transfer four lines for me and my children, I went to the Verizon Wood Village branch. Here, I was scammed and paid $100 to transfer four lines, but due to the poor network at my branch, the employee could not transfer more than two lines only. The employee asked me to go and come back tomorrow to complete the other two numbers. the employee told me that I could try the service for 30 days and if I did not like it, I could return it again. Here, I returned after only three days after I completed my experience with communications, and it was very bad. I decided to return again to T-Mobile and a refund was made for the two devices that I took. I asked the employee about $100. He replied that he could only return $80 and asked me to put the same card used to return the money on it. Here, I was robbed, as I discovered that it was deducted from my account and not returned money. For the account, after 3 days, I returned to the branch to inquire. Another person met me and told me that my colleague was wrong and He discussed the matter with his friend , but I do not have the right to return your money. I told him that it was theft and that I would file a complaint. The complaint was filed and it has not been resolved yet. This is my worst experience here.

  I honestly dreaded going through the process of upgrading my phone, the wait, the hassle, the long lines… not today Satan, the crew at this Verizon store had other plans! Even though my process was complicated, they got me through everything pretty smoothly, answered all my questions, did a few demos to help acclimate me to new features and were just lovely people to talk to. I had a wonderful experience! Hope you do too!

  Decided to upgrade from prepaid Verizon to Postpaid Verizon. Came in store had to pay about $100 in store set up. The phone was defective, so I returned within 15 days. I was then charged another almost $100 to set up the new phone and a restock fee. Now 2 months later, I am now dealing with my phone bill being $50 more for the month due to a device upgrade and promotion charge back due to a defective phone. Rep in store glossed over changes and I figured I was not going to be charged more fees from Verizon due to paying so much in store. I just spent over an hour with Verizon customer service on the phone with them playing games over the bill. January I am going to switch to ATT and go through Costco due to this experience. Extremely disappointed with this entire ordeal.

  First thing I saw was someone being helped and smiling then right after Hayden began helping me and my friends. The service was something I didn't think possible for phone companies truly inspirational and helpful. Was so likeable and easy to talk to and game changing.

  Came here today one hour before closing to add a line on to my account Hayden helped me out today very good customer service and provided me and my friends with outstanding visit, very cool and outgoing guy, made it 10x easier and not awkward at all waiting for the line transfer and phone upgrade. I can confidently say I will come here again expecting customer service of this level.
