I was 3 days deep dealing with a phone issue when I decided to take my phone into the Verizon store. That's where Anthony greeted me at the door, and turned what a nightmare into a hilarious and entertaining 10 minute quick fix. Anthony is the MAN! If ever you find yourself hating your technology, don't hesitate like I did to bring it in. He truly was amazing. I hope his higher-ups see this and know that you did well selecting him.

The guy had to ask permission 4 times to access my account because his software was trash and either kept stalling out or was just really slow. It doesn't give me a lot of hope for the technology, in house. The guy was really nice but I almost fell asleep in there today

Overall Impression was excellent! Just starting out, so we are hoping for great value over what we had with cable. Still new to 5G. Anthony was personable and easy to talk with. Just started so I am sure we will be pleased with it. Verizon is lucky to have Anthony on board! Installation went well! We all learned together. Didn't know what to expect, but so far I am sure we made the right choice.
