    Ashlie at Verizon truly went above and beyond to help us. We were transferring service from Xfinity Mobile and ran into major issues porting over a phone number. What could have been a quick interaction turned into a 10-hour process across two days, and Ashlie stayed with us every step of the way. She collaborated closely with her colleagues, came up with creative solutions, and was an incredible advocate for us when working with both Verizon and Xfinity customer support. She clearly knew the industry language and was able to communicate the issue far more effectively than we could ourselves. Even though we were ultimately unsuccessful in porting the number, Ashlie made sure we didn’t leave empty-handed. Through her problem-solving and dedication, she ensured we walked out with a new phone while waiting for the one we wanted to come in. I’m incredibly satisfied with the level of care, persistence, and professionalism Ashlie showed. This is the kind of customer service that truly makes a difference and gives me confidence in switching to Verizon. Highly recommend working with her!

    We worked with an associate named Hannah Rae (I believe that was her last name?). I came in with my mom who had concerns about our phone bill being higher than expected. Hannah acknowledged our concerns, did note the number of devices on our phone plan, included internet etc, it wouldn't be surprising for the price to be what it was but worked with me to look at each individual phone and it's plan to figure out the reason and cost for each one. She discovered that our plan didn’t get the promotions we were entitled to in May 2023 and that the associate who worked with us then didn't do the proper documentation. She took the time to make phone calls, have the associate on speaker, cross referenced each phone that was supposed to get the promotion, letting us know the steps she was making to see if we could get the back credit for this. In the end we only got 4 out of 5 promotions in credit we were entitled to but she was so incredibly helpful and kind. She did let us know if we could find hard copies of the paperwork for the trade in that was made, then maybe it's something they could work with. Regardless we are grateful to her, and the Verizon associates on the service line that worked with us in understanding and correcting our phone bill especially for a mistake that occurred in May 2023. My family and I also appreciate her and the associates that have always worked with us whenever we have questions and concerns. We appreciate the patience and kindness given to my parents as English is not their first language, as phones, technology, and the management of these phone plans as become more advanced that it can be complicated to explain to someone when English is not their first language.

    The best experience I have ever had with a phone service company! Gregory was absolutely amazing! He answered any questions or concerns my family and I had. I personally was switching from T-Mobile to Verizon and was placed on hold for over an hour just to get the transfer pin from T-Mobile. Gregory was so patient through the process and even fixed my family’s trade-in phones from a previous Verizon that didn’t trade-in phones correctly. If you need any assistance from Verizon, Gregory is your guy! Thank you for being the best with my family and I’s experience.

    Our experience was the best experience ever with a cellular situation. Anatolie and Francisco both were very professional and knowledgeable. They made sure we understood the process and were incredibly kind and compassionate. This store is a step above a big box store experience.

    Why is there no visible signage indicating that this is a retailer and not a corporate Verizon location? Everything about the building and Google would indicate that it’s a regular Verizon store (except low reviews). It’s not, and I’m not even sure what the true location name is because I couldn’t find it written anywhere. Anyway, I stood around for about 40 minutes without anyone acknowledging my existence. Still not a problem, I was willing to wait. Finally a guy calls me over and says he can’t help me with what I need because they’re not a real store. If you’re not a true Verizon location, maybe you should be checking people in in a different way so that they aren’t just standing around for services you’re unable to do.
