It was super convenient to make appointments on line, and even one walk-in was handled really well with a short wait. Special kudos to Kenzie who was so patient, efficient and helpful. Randomly got an email from Verizon to let me confirm ‘I’ cancelled the order. After talking to multiple agents, one was finally able to tell me the store where my pickup was cancelled the order and gave no reason. The agent said the store should be ‘ashamed’ of their communication. Very unprofessional by the store, lost about 2 hours of my life because they did not have 1 minute to call or email me and let me know what happened.
