Cost was fantastic, staff was extremely understanding and patient with myself as a new patient with a high energy dog. When I got my second puppy my first call was the easiest decision to make. They have an online “coupon” for a free first check up, then they basically harass you to sign up for their monthly payment system because it’s “cheaper”. It’s over $100/month and barely anything was included, you cannot cancel at once you are locked in for a year and if you try to get out of it earlier they make you pay the difference for everything you “got a deal on” through their membership. Staff was fine, but I think it is so annoying to call your pets “kiddos”. I absolutely would not go back here or recommend this place to anyone unless you want to pay an arm and a leg.
