  Shoutout to Harley for helping me out with my phone issues. He really knows his stuff and was able to fix my problem in no time. Very professional and friendly. 5-star service for sure!

  I had a fantastic experience working with Harley at Cellular Sales! ​Initially, I went to the Stayton Verizon location hoping to switch two lines over from Cricket. Unfortunately, I felt completely pushed out; the representative there didn’t even bother to run my credit and basically acted like I couldn't afford the service. ​I decided to give it another shot with Harley, and I am so glad I did. Not only was he professional and respectful, but he actually did his job! He helped me merge four lines for my family into one account and even got us set up with new home internet. ​Thank you so much, Harley—you are a total rock star! If you want someone who actually cares about helping customers, go see him

  Please avoid this Verizon location, or possibly it was my fault for assuming the Sales Men would treat me fairly not trying to push new devices, new services or forcing me to buy a product. I finally was done with my Verizon contract and so I left for Google Fi. I showed my family member the Hotspot Device I used on Verizon network and he wanted it for camping trips, which honestly Verizon does have good coverage. All we wanted was a SIM card to activate the device, which I was able to do at another Verizon location in Portland with no issue. We walked in and saw 8 sales man just sitting around and laughing, no wonder Verizon services have increased, along with the Sales Man who opened the door for us. Which to me means they really are not serious about anything, I thought I will disregard this and it is New Years Eve. We sit down and immediately with out missing a second, the Salesman asks " Who is getting the new Phone? " It wouldn't be a big issue if I didn't say we are bringing our own device and specifically said hotspot. Then looks up my family member's account and tried to push home internet services, again we didn't come for that three times. Then I show him the device and with out missing a second he states " Ohh a ATT device" I say nope I just finished using it on Verizon. Then here is the last straw, he plays dumb and says the IMEI number is not registered with Verizon. To anyone who hears this excuse, this is flat out false. I work on Wireless Networks (from an RF Design POV) and this excuse with almost all providers at this point in technology is a false excuse. It does not benefit any Wireless Device Manufacturer to make a device exclusive to a network except for custom tweaks, but these devices still can be unlocked to work on any provider. The Salesman is trying to sell you a device to get commission and meet quotas. At that point I walked out, drove to the location in Portland and now I am in the RV posting this review using the exact device the Salesman stated would never work on the Verizon network. ;)

  Eli was my sales rep and was friendly and very thorough. He made sure I was comfortable working my new phone and gave me the best deal possible. I am so glad I stopped in today, I think God lead me here. Plenty of helpful knowledgeable people here. Again thanks for the beautiful phone Eli!

  I had such a good experience with Isaias at Verizon and felt like I needed to leave a review. I’m an Apple user, but my dad had an Android. His phone ended up getting a virus, and Isaias was so kind the first time I came in trying to help me fix it. He explained everything clearly and never made me feel dumb or rushed. At the time, I already had a feeling that phone wasn’t really safe for my dad anymore. Not long after that, my dad had a stroke. Thankfully he had his phone with him, but because of the virus, it couldn’t even call out. That moment really hit me — I knew I needed to simplify things and make sure his phone would actually work when it mattered. When I came back in, Isaias walked me through a really smart solution. He suggested I upgrade my own iPhone, add another line to my plan, and move my dad onto an iPhone too. It made everything easier — one plan, simple devices, less stress. He also helped me get an amazing deal, and I found out I could monitor fall risks and even get an Apple Watch through a promotion, which gave me so much peace of mind. My phone update took forever (like… forever), and Isaias was incredibly patient the whole time. He’s one of those people who actually knows everything — Apple, Android, plans, promos — and explains it like a real human, not a salesperson. I’ve already sent a friend to him for an upgrade, and she had a great experience too. Truly, if you go to Verizon, ask for Isaias. You’ll be taken care of.
