Response: They always comment back saying to reach out to their hospital manager. However back in 2023 when I had yet another awful experience with this place I tried to reach out to your hospital manager and heard nothing back in return. I even wanted to have a meeting with the people who were at fault and also heard nothing back. So probably shouldn’t tell people to reach out to your hospital manager when in reality you never want to listen or take accountability for anything. Don’t trust this vet clinic. Original review: I would never recommend Dr.Surroz. Her bedside manner is the worst I’ve ever seen. She makes rude comments, you can visually see her making faces and rolling her eyes at things you say. She also acts like she is terrified of dogs and does not even attempt to make your dog feel more comfortable.

One of the worst days happened to my family earlier this week, our sweet William Walter White had to be put to sleep unexpectedly. When I tell you how WONDERFUL the staff was…I don’t even have words. From the front desk, to the vet tech, to the vet herself…there was so much love and compassion for my blue eyed boy. Death is so hard, but they gave William dignity in his death, including LOTS of treats before he passed peacefully in my arms. The vet explained the process in empathetic detail and gave me time to process and say goodbye. The clinic was closed, but I didn’t feel rushed. I’m so sad our baby is gone, but VCA Vitality? I hope they’re around for a very long time to help other families get through a painful decision. Thanks so much for caring about William.

So, I was in there yesterday. When I finally was taken to the back, 30 minutes into my appointment, I had made 2 weeks prior I waited a couple more minutes. The lady that came next quoted for some vaccines and everything, $187. I said I need to make a phone call. She said go ask the lady up front to use the phone real quick. So I did, she said I couldn't and to go ask the lady where. I said she already told me here. So I went back into the other room and there was someone else. I said I just want the Bravecto, and the deworming medicine. I have been to the vet 3 times and all I have wanted each time was these 2 things. So, I didn't want to sit there for the other stuff right now. I agreed to make another appointment for that other stuff. So, this new lady gave me a different price. 35 dollars different than what I was going to pay. But if I came back another day, it was $88 vs. the $35. When I asked if there were side effects. She said "yes, let me show you" She was just all around rude. The vet came in and she mentioned I was having financial problems and need to check with my mother. Then when we were out in the lobby, she mentioned in front of the other customers or clients thatI need to call my mom. She was just rude and seemed to not like men. Overall, it was mostly this rude short haired lady with tattoos.. Rude3 as rude can be and she shouldnt be dealing in customer service.

Started fine but didn't end with happy customers. We will never be back to any VCA office. Everything was overpriced, personnel became curt when we started asking questions and refusing broad spectrum unnecessary treatments. We had to call in to get test results, there was zero followup on our pet.

Practice is nice and reasonable for regular vet services, but would not recommend if you need anything more than vaccinations or regular check-up level work. Anything requiring technical equipment or lab services is massively overpriced, outsourced, and delayed. Results are delivered by text message, and no real guidance on follow up or treatment plans are presented. Once they have your money, they are done caring about your animal.
