Paying $160+ for my single line accounts a joke and calling customer service is a JOKE! I recently got a new phone through customer service as they messed up my order so I had to call , I was routed to Bangladesh to someone who did not understand anything I said or wanted , I was sent the wrong phone so I went to the Prineville location to turn in my trade in like Ive done for 9 years (it was boxed up and ready) and was told " um we dont do that! " I've never been so dismissed by an employee before like that "rude" . Always someone new in there that's clueless so after being a loyal . That's what a 9 year customer gets treated like ? Just wow with non English speaking people as customer service the supervisor could speak about 15 words , also the giving Phones Watches & Tablets away to new customers is a slap in the face as I paid full price for my phone and watch. I'm actually going to switch to a different company that will handle this phone I didn't want, give me a new phone that I wanted , watch and tablet just for switching. 😐
