- MLMatt LoganNov 7, 20251.0I couldn’t not recommend this store any more. Came in to get a phone, was told we had to order one. I said I wanted to know how much it is. Guy told me he could order the phone, my bill would come down to $150 a month with $1100 off the phone and we would finalize it when the phone came in. Said he would call me when it came in. Never showed me numbers, I didn’t sign anything he just randomly said “cool it’s ordered” and shook my hand. Then I got a bunch of automated emails about my bill change. It was not what we talked about, bill was barely cheaper and it broke down I only got about a $750 discount off the phone. It arrived in the store 2 days ago. No call. I called, and they said I need to wait for him to come in to get everything set. When that is.. no one knows because he “couldn’t see his schedule” Couldn’t be a more unprofessional process

- DSDana SOct 15, 20254.0"Get it done" Chris and "was a pleasure to work with. My mom and I came in last weekend to upgrade our phones. Chris greeted us quickly, was very knowledgeable and explained how outdated (8 years) our plan was and how we could save money by upgrading, while trading in our phones. When I came to pickup my phone he started the transfer and sent me home with both phones. The transfer didn't properly sync, and I had to drive the 40 minutes back to the store to drop off my old phone for the credit. So that was a bummer.

I told them I needed to drop off a phone that was for an exchange, and that I received the phone VIA mail. They told me I couldn’t drop my phone off at this location even thought the email and paper I got said I can drop off at the nearest Verizon location. They told me that Verizon “always says that”. Thank you for wasting Wo minutes of my time. Couldn’t even ask what I needed help with in the 25 minutes I was there. Super frustrating
