Came to try and upgrade existing lines and add a new line, No employess said hello or offered to help, someone walked in after me and was promptly greeted and helped, afterwards the 2 free employees continued to have personal conversations and never acknowledged me. After a few minutes of this I just left to go to the other store.

Rude salesman that think your stupid and that math is impossible for people. I never have thought I would say this there's no one worse than a used car salesman, but these people are way worse. I'm sorry , i'm just telling the truth! Take them off commission or having to sell services at a quota and then they would care about people!

I hate going to this Verizon everytime I have to go here. I was told over the phone to come to this Verizon to return my WiFi router. The service didn’t work at my house. I live all the way in grants pass just for them to tell me they couldn’t do. They told me I had to call customer service to return it because I got a 3rd party location or something. I got it a Verizon in Grants Pass.. Called customer service just for them to have an over hour wait time so I can’t return it today. The lady told me to just go and call them and then go to UPS and that she wasn’t going to sit there an argue with me. I just want to return my equipment! I wanted it to be return before the 30 day trial period ended. It didn’t work, why do I need to do all these extra steps to cancel the WiFi. It shouldn’t be that hard. I tried upgrading my phone over a month ago here and received the exact same bit of attitude from another sales person there and walked out mid conversation due to the woman pressuring me to try to change my plan when I kept telling her I didn’t want to. I don’t have any problems any other Verizon’s I’ve been to.
