- CCChris CowperthwaiteOct 27, 20251.0Verizon is the worst phone company i have ever dealt with my phone was having connection errors and battery problems i had to talk to them 4 times before they finally agreed to give me a warranty replacement they said it would be a new phone come to find out its referbished and no warranty so if this one craps out to im screwed and it didnt even come with a cord which i was promised because of the battery issues i will be leaving verizon as soon as possible and i will always let people know how terrible verizon is i really miss sprint they were the best and always treated their customers with respect and care
