I’ve never wrote a review but I do have a complaint regarding an employee named Brooke. Her conduct is unacceptable and appears to be fraudulent. She consistently adds unauthorized services to my account without my knowledge, leading to ridiculously high and unexpected bills. She deliberately misquotes my account information and operates with a rude, hostile attitude. If you come into Verizon I highly recommend working with someone else

Despite lines being sometimes long, the workers care and treat each customer with the same respect and care as another. They make sure to always give attention to detail and to make sure us customers are happy with our service and bill.
I would like to shout out to Brooke, a very nice lady who works there who always has a smile and polite demeanor who always steps in to help. I’ve noticed that whenever I go in there and she’s working, she makes sure to help both customers and her workers should they need assistance. She is always helping others beyond what her job entails. Verizon needs to give her a raise.

Every time I go in this store it’s an hour plus wait time just to get someone to help you. I’ve been here in line for 20 min. There’s 10 people in the store waiting. One person working. one gal came in, went in the back room and it was 15 min before she came out to help. I’m assuming her shift started at the top of the hour because that’s when she came out on the floor to start helping. So ridiculous!!

9/22/25 Absolutely atrocious service at this establishment. A representative named Raina (sp?) misrepresented and lied to a very poor homeless woman seeking help today. She went in with the sole purpose of having phone service restored onto her phone, which had been suddenly canceled without notice or explanation a week ago (because of a service provider issue, NOT due to a payment issue). A phone she could not afford was pressed onto her and sold because they wanted a commission, without clearly explaining the plan details or cost. It was a $1000+ phone which she was told was the CHEAPEST phone in the store, which would go down to ~800 with the trade in of her old device ($300 trade in value). A HOMELESS woman can not afford that, but was told it was her "best" option. She was told cost prices that were not reflected in the final printed receipt (the receipt which she had to repeatedly ask for and was told she did not need to see - terribly predatory). The rep refused to take her seriously and gave her a phone she did not need or want. She was told after the fact that she will not know how much her monthly payment amount will be until 48 hours after the papers were signed. Everything done today should be reversed and refunded, as promised by supervisor Jesse, tomorrow morning. I STRONGLY warn potential customers to avoid this establishment if representatives like this continue to be employed here.
9/30 I am updating this review to report that Jesse, the supervisor, had his employee fix nearly everything the following day. The employee, Raina (sp?), met with the customer the following day and ensured that her old phone was returned and service restored at the affordable rate of $35/mo, which the customer had been told was impossible the day before. We are very grateful that what should have been a very basic customer request, was eventually fulfilled nearly 24 hours after the customer walked into the store. Raina gave a full, clear apology when the customer went in the following morning, and for that I have brought my review rating from one star up to three stars. If we experience better, and fully non-predatory treatment at this Victra/Verizon location, we will report it in a future review. However, we plan to avoid this location and take our business to an official Verizon retailer instead for our entire family/ relatives in the E Oregon area. Verizon is inherently predatory in its plan rates and commission-based sales, but with very limited options for cell coverage in *rural* NE OR, most people avoid the stress of questioning it and pay more than they should. This business practice makes the world a worse place and I hope that this will change, one virtuous and honest act at a time.
