Sufyan helped us from start to finish and assisted us with the transfer and setup of our new devices and even presented some sales and discounts which was that little extra added touch that I seldom see in customer service. A must visit for new and exisiting customers.

My wife and I had a horrible experience beginning with Scott - his unwillingness to help customers, poor attitude and the worst part is how he treats people. I brought it up to the manager and he simply just nodded and did not align or assure that it would not happen again. Our experience is not an isolated one - read the reviews below. There is reason this store is rated 3.5 on google. My advice - go to an Apple Store and you will leave with a good experience and most importantly a working phone.

My partner and I had to come to this store multiple times throughout the week to get assistance with getting each other on our own phone plan. Some of the associates we met actually had no idea how to even manage their own system and requested help from others far more than I was expecting and in the end they told us they could not help while not giving us any solutions. I would suggest going to a non corporate store as the corporate stores just feel like a facade with no true help in the end. To be honest I recommend just leaving Verizon in general if you can, or just doing it all online since it seems that everyone in this store just routes people to talk to technical/online support instead of actually having the tools to help their customers.
