    My partner and I went in over the weekend for an upgrade and new activation. I wanted to inquire on device inventory status and if I could call later in the week if a phone I wanted would be restocked. I was smugly told they had no iPhones at all in stock, the Verizon website was inaccurate and he would not tell me what phones they had if I called later in the week because what if I tried robbing the place. We left empty handed and appalled at the low level of customer service we were given and accusations we could be robbers. I was also ignored when I walked in saying I had a quick question It was a very unpleasant experience and we won’t be returning as we felt we were an imposition being there Stay away from this store and visit the location in cedar hills.

    It was amazing They finally after the 4th visit, which was frustrating,, but they got my phone working. They were quick, friendly and very helpful

    Went in to pay off my phone.so I could change companys. After proving I had been already over charged 323.00 on my phone bill they told me after paying off the phone I would still have to pay a month phone bull to change company's. Verizon bills you a month in advance. Why pay for the comming month when I won't have their phone service

    Arrogant store, Rep told me, it will be 45 minutes for your turn, So I left and asked them to call me 10 mins Before, they called within 15 mins i left, so i asked them to keep me in line but take other customer, they straightway told me No, If this is the service you’re gonna give me then I’ll probably go to other stores, and T-mobile/at&t/ xfinity where reps are more willing to help without being so rude

    If you need anything related to your account or hardware, this store should be your first stop! I spent over 6 hours with support over the phone this last month and a billing issue was not corrected. I then remembered having a good experience with Tyler at this location a year ago and decided to stop in. I was blessed again, this time with Sufyan. He handled my family with care and professionalism. We dropped three issues on his desk: a problem with an iPhone, a complicated issue with billing and recouping some over-charges, and a damaged Samsung phone. Sufyan was committed from the jump and solved each issue, multi-tasking like a champ. In-person support is being reduced across the board and retail staffing has a lot to be desired. This location is an exception to that and interactions with professionals like Sufyan are what keep me as a customer. Thanks again for the support!
