The port department messed everything up, but Amanda was amazing and made sure everything was fixed and all the phone numbers on our plan were the way they should be. She was friendly and efficient and I was so grateful that she was able to fix the mess made by the port department representative that we were dealing with on the phone.

Nope you got to go online, and I said this is my second time coming for this, they helped me before and she reply again no we can’t help you. So I went online Verizon.com and I couldn’t do anything long story. -I requested someone else help since No customers in the store two employees on the computer. Mngr said NO - I’m asking for help that I received before mngr said NO - I said well is there another mngr I can talk to mngr said NO - mngr said Im helping you. Really ¿??¿ All she said go online, go online, go online I end up making an hr phone call. And I got transfer to multiple people. I have five Lines for bussines, I’ve been with Verizon for 6 yrs I’m ok with service but this store mngr should improve.
