Verizon insists that she continue to pay for top dollar for a refurbished Apple knock off. The employee said that because Apple no longer makes iPhone 14s all the iPhone replacements on insurance will be generic knock off iPhones. I thought Verizon would provide better service then they are. It's sad that Verizon has now sunk lower than Trak Phone Services. I don't suggest using Verizon nor their insurance. I doubt the insurance is Apple approved.
