Checked in, then an employee double checked that all 6 people standing there were checked in. I told her it was to return a phine and she said she would be with me. Then two other people came in and she checked them in .. then helped them right then. Two of us were looking at her it total disbelief. Finally another associate came over... and he told her to help us. Waste of 25 min for a 2 min transaction.

I wish I remembered the first guy I talked to because his attitude was so bad when I was being nothing but kind, I’ve worked in retail and customer service for over 10 years so I always treat retail workers with so much kindness and grace but this man was so rude and so argumentative, so I asked to speak to whoever the supervisor was, and he was extremely rude as well. His name was Daniel. Seriously whoever owns this store or is in charge of it should really have a talk with their team about how to treat customers because I take all my business to the Verizon on mcgloughlin now, the people who work there are so much more helpful and nicer. Will NEVER shop at this store again.
