He answered all of our questions and was so personable. We really can’t thank him enough for the great service he provided! The store is also clean and chill…no long waits like in other Verizon stores. I can’t recommend it enough!

He was really helpful and great to work with. Very knowledge and made the whole transfer process easy. He assisted us with any questions or concerns throughout everything. He is my go to from now on when needing any sort of help and would recommend to anyone looking into getting any sort of service from Verizon!

They were no longer going to honor the promotions and he was able to work with the rep on line and get them added back. We are leaving with two phones under the promotion saving us a ton of money. Thank you Florian. I had also worked with Kyle at this location and he was also very helpful!!! Leaving very happy!
