He said “He’s with another customer right now. Have a seat on the side.” I went to sit on the side for around 20 minutes and I saw that customer left after a little bit, then I saw few employees standing…. I had to wave at Keaton to ask if it’s my turn because that man with the glasses never told Keaton I was waiting until it’s my turn 5 stars for Keaton. He provided good customer service.

Those were exactly the words I wanted to hear! I explained my problem and she took me to an area where I could sit down while she investigated my virus app! Not only did she find the nasty virus and deleted it but I was out of there within 15 minutes!!! Great training, great service AND it turned out she was the store manager! WELL DONE Verizon on your choice of manager!!!!

Instead of notification that my order was ready, I got a message saying that per MY request the order hade been cancelled. I did not make the request. I confirmed with Verizon service that someone IN THE STORE entered the cancellation. I can only assume this was so I would show up and place an order in person so the location could get the credit for the sale. I do not want to do business with people that act this shady. I went to another location and got what I needed. I will avoid this store going forward.
