I couldn’t use my old or new to call support. Immediately came to the store and had complete help in the highest degree, no extra charge. Just good professionalism and good personal customer service.

She could not answer my questions and while I was trying to download data, she just walked away and never came back - very rude. If Ambrose had not saved this visit I would have given zero stars.

Where he distinguished himself was his ability to communicate, help, and complete a very difficult task that took over an hour. To me this is beyond what most managers would do . The staff really likes him in addition and I can understand why because he had a smile on his face and had an upbeat attitude the whole time even with a difficult task.
