My cat had an ear infection and hematoma and was quoted over $1300 for draining, surgery, and medicine. I brought him in under the assumption that he would be receiving the care outlined in the statement they gave me. They called me when they were done, and they only drained the hematoma, a $700 procedure instead. The vet had warned me in the initial visit that hematomas likely refill, so I asked why it was only drained. They said like to do a ‘3 strikes’ approach and save the real fix surgery until it refills. Well, it refilled, it never even looked drained to begin with, though they warned me it would look a little full due to the steroid they injected in the ear to reduce inflammation. Now they want us back in immediately to do the procedure they originally gave me a quote for. So, I wasted $700 on a procedure I didn’t consent to and traumatized my cat for no good reason, just to have to bring him back for the original procedure we planned on. I will not ever recommend any VCA clinics, and this will be the last time my cat visits one.

Dr. McCormack Is an absolute GEM! My boxer Rizzo is very anxious when it comes to the vet and being around other dogs. All of the staff are so accommodating and ensure we have the least stressful visit possible, every time. I’ve been to a few other vet clinics in the area, but this is by far my favorite.

My dog is a crazy pit mix, absolutely insane. She’s a super happy and hyperactive dog and loves seeing people but she’s way too hyper in the wrong moments. Most vets that I go to get annoyed by her and treat her like a nuisance, but Holly and the crew over here treated her absolutely amazing. They never made me or her feel unwelcome or like a burden, they gave her treats and lots of love to the point that she didn’t even realize that she was getting stuck with needles or thermometers up the butt! I will 100% be coming back and sticking with Holly as her normal vet. 10/10 recommend!!!!
