There are *three* stores that sell Bell phones/plans in Dufferin Mall, I went to ALL of them - the team (Dominic!!!) not only got me the best possible deal on my phone and plan, but also stayed with me for over 2h trying to back up my old phone while it glitched out. We saved EVERYTHING and brought my phone bill down almost $30 after comparing all the possible options... These guys are wizards, champions, and also very nice patient people. Soooo grateful to Dominic!! (BTW if you're reading this, I *did* get the WhatsApp backup to work!!! You're an angel!!)

There was an equally helpful sales associate who I'd like to acknowledge, but I forget his name. I wanted a new phone through my Freedom Mobile plan, and Cruz walked me through the entire process. I didn't realize Besty Buy could do this, and Cruz was an expert at getting me the best deal on both a plan, and the accessories I need. Cruz is extremely knowledgeable and provides some of the best customer service I've ever received; it was a pleasure. I will definitely return, and refer others to this store. Thank you.
