This is the second time that I have been there to purchase a new iPhone. The first purchase was in April, 2022 and the second was December 19, 2025. Both times I had the pleasure to be helped by Tiffanie Baker, the Store leader. She is an absolute joy to deal with. Her willingness to help and her lovely personality made my experience a memorable one. She is extremely knowledgeable and her patience is to be admired, my husband and I appreciate the time she took to walk us through the purchase. I am so happy with my new phone!

After that, he went into Best Buy to purchase an iPhone auxiliary cord that would plug into my iPhone and auxiliary port in the car in order to get Carplay. He spoke with Michael who came back to the car with my husband to see if his cord would do the trick and it did perfectly. Michael said he would walk back to Best Buy to get the cord. We said please get in the car we’ll drive you back to the entrance. Michael asked if we were sure and we said absolutely, get in. My husband went into the store with Michael to purchase a cord. We can’t say enough about Michael. He went out of his way to make sure we would get the right cord. He’s a very impressive, polite, professional young man and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure meeting him. We’ll definitely be back to Best Buy in the Pen Center if we need anything. Best Buy is very lucky to have Michael as an employee. Thank you again Michael, you’re the best!!!!! Highly recommend Best Buy at Pen Centre.
