  Nearly 3 hours to pick up a phone today! That’s how awful the entire process was. I knew exactly what I wanted before I even engaged with the team. I was first told that the trade-in value for my existing phone was $205. After about an hour of processing, I was informed it was actually $120 because they had made a mistake. Then came the phone and plan pricing, the quote provided to me in writing by the staff was different from what the system showed. Apparently, they weren’t able to apply the offer. This took another hour of troubleshooting. While I continued to be patient, I was then told that the offer was for another phone plan altogether and was asked if I was okay upgrading. No apologies were given for the delay until my spouse asked whether it normally takes this long. I’ve never had to waste 3 hours of my time just to get a new phone. Lastly, I wasn’t informed that my service would be disrupted until I setup the new phone after getting back home as they had transitioned me to an eSIM without notifying me. My assumption that Best Buy offered great customer service was proven completely wrong.

  Zaid and Nick are amazing and super helpful!!! Phones been not working properly for weeks and instantly these two fixed it! Amazing will be back again

  A while ago, my mom went to buy a phone, and the salesperson, Chris, convinced her to get a warranty. She doesn’t speak English very well and felt pressured after being told the phone might break. Now I’m the one handling customer service to get it canceled

  Called best buy service twice, this store shows as open in Google, called the number twice explaining and asking if it's open, was told it's open but the third time I called them saying I cannot enter the town centre I was told it's closed. Wasted 2 hrs of my time!!!!

  Had bought an box product from here and the laptop was laggy so I returned it, when I went to return it I was then told that the employee had given me a defective item instead of the open box one. I decided to give the store a second chance and buy another laptop from them and upon getting charged $160 for the setup they still weren't able to catch a major firmware issue that the laptop had. The employees at the return center such as Alexis are quite nice and very helpful. However the quality of the items they give here is terrible. Would not come here again ever.
