  Mandeep and the young lady that was working with him on December 16,2025 are top notch staff. Mandeep helped me with my phone upgrade as my contract was finished. He showed me options and I trusted his advice. The young lady, the entire time I was in the store was attentive to everyone that came in. I've bought phones and accessories from this location before and definitely will continue. Good customer service is hard to find these days.

  They have very good deals. And the staff are very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this place if you are looking for new mobile plans or looking to buy a new phone .

  Nearly 3 hours to pick up a phone today! That’s how awful the entire process was. I knew exactly what I wanted before I even engaged with the team. I was first told that the trade-in value for my existing phone was $205. After about an hour of processing, I was informed it was actually $120 because they had made a mistake. Then came the phone and plan pricing, the quote provided to me in writing by the staff was different from what the system showed. Apparently, they weren’t able to apply the offer. This took another hour of troubleshooting. While I continued to be patient, I was then told that the offer was for another phone plan altogether and was asked if I was okay upgrading. No apologies were given for the delay until my spouse asked whether it normally takes this long. I’ve never had to waste 3 hours of my time just to get a new phone. Lastly, I wasn’t informed that my service would be disrupted until I setup the new phone after getting back home as they had transitioned me to an eSIM without notifying me. Also, I requested for a black coloured phone but to my surprise upon opening it, it’s white. My assumption that Best Buy offered great customer service was proven completely wrong.

  Zaid and Nick are amazing and super helpful!!! Phones been not working properly for weeks and instantly these two fixed it! Amazing will be back again
