  Got suckered into a Bell internet contract that I did not agree upon with the staff here. I knew some of the staff here make commission, so I wanted to be nice and decided to swap my internet plan so the staff could make some money. My only request was for the internet to be the same speeds as what I currently had. A staff member here said he could do it and for cheaper! Great right? But i cant help but feel i was taken advantage of. After a couple weeks, I was noticing the speeds were not the same when i tried to download a large file. Sure enough, I checked the Bell app and confirmed our contract for internet was not what we verbally agreed upon. The staff member working here had flipped the contract right to the signature portion and did not give me a copy. Should've flagged it then and there that I was potentially getting scammed. Anyways longstory short, I can't advise anyone to visit this location. There was a lot of younger staff working here that seemed to be without proper supervision. I would avoid this place if you don't want to be taken advantage of!

  I had a lovely experience here with Azlan. I came in when they were 30 mins from closing and he helped me out and set me up with a great plan and told me about other offers they have coming up to help me save even more money. He was very professional and I was impressed with the level of knowledge throughout the process. Thank you Azlan for your time and expertise!

  I had an amazing experience at this Best Buy Store thanks to Denise, the sales associate. She gave me all the options I could go with and helped me find one that suited my budget. She was very professional, patient and helpful throughout the process and I noticed she also helped other customers really well. She guided me clearly with the process of getting my new iPhone, other accessories and even assisted my friend. Her excellent service made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Thank you, Denise and Best Buy.

  Very dishonest customer representatives. They sold me a service of $500 which I wasn't made aware of. Now I am stuck with monthly payments for another 1 year.
