Availability of items on store shelves during time of visit as well. Came for a new devo on Black Friday as my wireless provider store front was out of stock and received the same service if not better from the Expert Lizbeth who worked with me about what I was seeing on my end from BELL and what her system was showing me and still walked out of the Mall same day with a new Device on activation of a new plan hassle FREE and my Best Buy Membership got me a discount on the protection plan through Best Buy mobile. 📱👍👌
