This mistake could have been corrected but instead he informed her that he had called his district manager and he said there is nothing else they can do, he refused to call his manager or ask for help. Then he went on to force my wife and my kid out of the store and told her never come back here again, at that time I walked into the store and realized what he was doing! We understand mistakes happen but this kind of unstable behavior and bad customer service is unacceptable, when I walked in he fixed the problem and was going to charge me again for the mistake he made. I have never seen this kind of customer service and also he asked me never come back here again.
