Definitely did not work out so I came straight to this cricket. Naya took me in like I was her little brother and made me feel right at home!! She made sure to explore any and all discounts she could try and get me, explored options on cases and accessories cuz I live on my disability. If you come in, be sure to ask for her!!

The space taker behind the counter couldn't and wouldn't provide any assistance other than to speculate that there was something wrong with the "inside" of my phone. I would have thought that such a dire situation would have called for a work order or something...but, no. That was the extent of her expertise. (Other than to try an argue her understanding of agency law). A complete waste of time
