Definitely did not work out so I came straight to this cricket. Naya took me in like I was her little brother and made me feel right at home!! She made sure to explore any and all discounts she could try and get me, explored options on cases and accessories cuz I live on my disability. If you come in, be sure to ask for her!!

I bought a new phone last week and after looking at my account she used the higher cost plan so I didnt get the multi line discount. She also added insurance that I said I didnt want. Over all she over charged me $50 from what I wanted. I just spent an hour on the phone with a rep (after an hour on hold) to fix the issues. Luckily the rep on the phone was great and I get a credit for the over charge. She also filed a complaint against this clerk. I will be filing on after this and wanted to write this review to warn people. The store itself is just like any other store.
