  PLEASE READ*** Worst customer service! My parents got a phone and a plan here earlier this year. Sometime in the middle of the year, my mom went back to the store to cancel her phone AND her plan. The person that helped assured her that everything was settled. Fast forward to present day. My parents realized that they were still getting charged for the phone plan that was supposedly canceled that added up to over $200 My dad went back to cancel the phone plan ONLY to get kicked out of the store because he forgot the phone number. He then called customer service and they directed him back to the location at which he purchased the phone and the plan, which was this location. When he and my mom went back for the second time in attempt to cancel the phone and get a refund, they called the police! RIDICULOUS! There is a no refund policy but it was the EMPLOYEE who messed up and the customers should suffer for an employee's mistake? And to be treated like animals and kicked out, and to call the police for something that was the cricket employees fault! There were NO grounds to calling the police except that the employee just didn't want to deal with a customer. This employee needs to be FIRED. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

  Had a great sale and only one guy who was great and really knew what he was doing. Love the phone and service!
