- KCKatie CobbsDec 16, 20251.0I just had the absolute WORST experience that I've ever had inside the Stillwater Shamrock Loans. I had called about a month ago to get the smallest loan the offered ($150) and was told that I didn't make enough and to call back when I had more income. So I called back yesterday and gave them all of my info all over again and was told that I was approved since my income had changed. I get there this morning and the store manager, who I had told three different times over the phone yesterday that my check from my new job was going to be extremely short due to me getting the job in the middle of the pay period, very rudely and loudly told me that I no longer qualified for the loan since I had lied about my income. Not to mention when I walked in she was on the phone with someone who was trying to get a loan and told them verbatim "Well, I don't know what to tell you but you have to pay CarMart something or they will repossess your car. Sorry I can't help you." That is BEYOND heartless. Not only was she extremely rude and unprofessional but she also put down on my application that I was paying on a student loan that we never discussed over the phone or in person. Do not EVER go to Shamrock Loans.

I took out a loan to boost my credit with the former manager,who was magnificent & very professional.so thanks to her I continued doing business there & it was amazingly easy to visit the office & apply.the new crew,Lindsay & Molly are just as amazing!! they take the time to listen to your needs & work with you to get you the best plan to fit your budget.they are very kind,caring & if there is a problem,will work with you to come up with a solution that works for everyone.i have referred a lot of people to this establishment & not one complaint!! These ladies know their job,they know how to treat their customers( with RESPECT) & I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to all.THANKS LADIES & KEEP UP THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I am so thankful for the chance they gave me. Lyndsey and Molly are both very honest and professional women and I highly recommend western shamrock in Stillwater!

I understand about not setting a special time to call me but she said we'll I have a job to do. I wish I could give zero stars.
