I can honestly say that Russell cellular has always did right by me and they have always strive to get me an answer t9 my issues!!! They treat you like fam!!! Not like they treat you at an actual Verizon store... This is where you want your home store to be... trust me!! I do alot of reviews and I am always honest on them. Go to Russell and get your Verizon hook up!! God bless hope this helps you!
