However, there have been times when I come in to buy something and I am never even acknowledged. I know that people can be busy, however, one small sentence can make a person feel at the very least WELCOMED. I honestly thought was upgrading with verizon, however, the service is a down grade for sure. The app constantly takes you in circles and you can never finish what you are trying to do. And dont call the store for help bc you will be bothering the employee's. GO TO TMOBILE!!
