    As I already spoke to customer service and came up with a plan to do my upgrade, the asian lady at the store didn't want to help me much. She sounded rude. I had a bad vibe in the store. I wouldn't step in that store if she is there again.

    This Review is for Pearl and Luis . I had a 5 g business internet that I had for years and approx 4 mos ago the modem went bad and called tech support / call center wherever it is ! . They are disgusting , horrible, rude and got hung up 4 times . Verizon corporate should be ashamed of these disgusting call centers. I was ready to cancel everything . So at last ditch effort I called this store and Pearl answered what a breath of fresh air !! Told me how to maneuver tech support . Tried one last time and got hung up again . So I drove down there and Luis ended up taking care of me . He looked at all my conversations and said unfortunately they did not put in notes even though they promised in conversations. After about an hour all was fixed !!! Again Verizon corporate you are disgusting for having these farmed out call centers . Thanks to Pearl and Luis I will continue on with Verizon . Just a note for the few customers saved by your employees in local stores you will lose a hundred that have to go through the awful painful 45 minutes plus wait to get to call centers in the middle of nowhere.

    Came in today with a dead phone. The lady helping us didn't listen to what our issues were. We wanted to find out if we could get the data from the phone. She tried charging it, we explained it wouldn't charge...she ignored what we were saying. However, in fairness to her she was trying to do her job. She said they weren't allowed to access the data. However.....if we bought a new phone, they would access it for us. We both laughed, she stated there was nothing funny about what she said. She was very rude once we laughed and tried to argue with us as we left. Gotta get that last word in!!!! I have to say I'm very grateful she was unprofessional and frankly disrespectful to a current customer. We left the store and went to a competitor for a new phone. We received excellent customer service with clear and concise communication. The gal at Verizon was busy being large and in charge. Customer service wasn't on her radar. Bye bye Verizon!!! Thank you for this experience!

    The black lady was very kind but the asian lady was extremely rude. I just came in to get my service fix because my phone not registering their internet and she had a horrible tone and told me it could be my fault and if they tried everything why do I keep calling them..... obviously they haven't tired everything! I been with verizon for two years now and I will be switching carriers!
