Dont go here. They will waste your time trying to upsell you. Saying they are building a quote. Then if you tell them that you just want the basics, they will deliberately delay and just keep you waiting and waiting. What kind of cell phone company is this whose prices depend on what the customer was previously paying with another competitor. Scammers

Went in to open a new Verizon plan and transfer an existing Verizon number to the new plan. Was told "we don't do that here you have to call a hotline for that". What's the point of even having a store if you cant do the most basic function of a cell phone service.

Good People, But Misleading Promotion and Poor Communication I visited this Verizon store to sign up for home internet service, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They took the time to set everything up, explained the process, and made sure my connection was ready before I left. I appreciated their patience and professionalism during the setup. However, I was offered a “free” Xbox headset and NFL Sunday Ticket promotion as part of the activation. I specifically told the salesperson that I don’t have an Xbox and don’t watch football, but they insisted it was free and that I could do whatever I wanted with it. I even said that once I receive the items, I’d just bring them back for them to use. Later, I found out from Verizon customer service that redeeming those “free” offers actually triggered a $480 charge, which I was never told about at the store. I didn’t even use the offers — just redeemed them because the salesperson said it was part of the process. To make matters worse, the internet service didn’t work properly in my area (I was only getting 4G instead of 5G speeds), so I had to cancel. I paid about $150 for the first month across two locations, but the real issue was that no one warned me not to activate the promotional offers until I was sure I would keep the service. The team was polite, but there needs to be better communication and transparency about these promotions. Customers shouldn’t be misled into activating something that looks free but later results in unexpected charges.
