  Emanual is the man! He was extremely patient with my mom and transferring her data and my self when getting a new line, explained everything in detail and made sure we knew what would happen after we left! Thank you emanual for the phenomenal customer service and the new hire who started!

  Absolutely the WORST customer service experience I have ever had with a phone company, or any retail store for that matter. There should be a Buyer Beware sign posted in this store for anyone considering purchasing a cell phone plan from this shady outfit. I purchased a SIM card for an unlocked phone I already owned, but didn’t have with me. The lady at the store asked if my phone was compatible and I stated I did not know. All I knew was that my phone had been unlocked from Verizon. She sold me the activation kit and said that phone compatibility can be checked on the cricket website. After I got home I found the phone was not compatible, and went back to the store to return the UNOPENED and NON ACTIVATED SIM card kit, and they refused to refund my money, stating all sales are final - even though I was never told this at the time of the purchase. This store clearly does not care about customer satisfaction or customer retention. They only care about a single sale, and the small commission it generates for them at the time. Very short-sighted approach to business. I was interested in trying Cricket because of their family plans, but after this horrible experience, I’ve looked at other options, and have since discovered that there are actually less expensive options in the market place (ie Simple Mobile or Family Mobile), so I’m just going to go that route, and save money! As a follow up, I’m also considering filing a small claims action concerning this situations. I’m weighing the fact that it’s a small amount of money vs the time to do it; however, I also feel if no one stands up to these types of shady practices, then they will just continue. In fairness, I can not say that this type of unscrupulous activity occurs at all Cricket stores, I can only state that it happened at the location at I-240 and Western, where Bernice is the manager. At the very least, my hope by posting this bad experience is that if your a potential customer considering going to the location on I-240 and Western, in OKC, that it maybe causes you some pause to consider your other options, or at minimum serve as a warning beforehand.
