Both times, Will was extremely helpful and patient and did what he could to help resolve my issue! I’ve never had any negative encounters with anyone at this location. 5 stars :) **Edited to add that I had contacted Verizon support via phone and text and kept getting passed off to other technicians and half of the time they couldn’t understand what I was explaining. Going to resolve in person has yielded much more success than my several attempts to use online/over the phone support.
- PMPat MaddenSep 30, 20252.0After doing some online research I found what I was looking for. Took this info over here yesterday. Walked in and was met by an associate. After a few minutes it was obvious things weren’t going well so I left. Went home and contacted a Verizon online agent. They got me set up and provided the package data. I went back to the store and the manager met me. Showed him what I had and wanted. He handed me off to someone else. I have my suspicions whenever will leave tht. So I sat with the new associate and told and showed her. The manager was right there and started answering. When I asked which one I was dealing with he said IM THE MANAGER so me. I asked him to come sit down so we could talk. I didn’t want to bother other customers. He declined so we had some more louder conversations. I could see where this was headed so I tanked him and went to the other store. This place needs some customer service training.
