Both times, Will was extremely helpful and patient and did what he could to help resolve my issue! I’ve never had any negative encounters with anyone at this location. 5 stars :) **Edited to add that I had contacted Verizon support via phone and text and kept getting passed off to other technicians and half of the time they couldn’t understand what I was explaining. Going to resolve in person has yielded much more success than my several attempts to use online/over the phone support.
